This guys is a truly scammer. I didnt paid him $50 or $60 but i paid him 120$ and i got nothing from him. No PSD design and code it as a joomla template.

Ok here is my story…
I post a thread at forums.digitalpoint.com to hire a good web designer for my new project. I know how to design and code a website but im not good at it so i hire a goo web designer. And this guy Mike Smith which is the owner of blogthememachine.com and freefallcreative.com contact me thru YM and offer his service. Im quite impress to the portfolio he showed me so i decided to grab his offer. He offer me a 120$ joomla design and coded template. And he ask me for the features that i wanted and i told him everything i wanted to have for the template. And he promised he will give the uncoded design day after the payment has been done. So i just payed him 120$ thru paypal.
I waited for the day he promised to show me the test design but it didnt came.. It came after 3 days and he showed me this very simple design http://img171.imageshack.us/img171/2…vdesignoo2.gif . Do you think that my 120$ worth that design? I can even create that design myself in less than 3 hours.. It is the opposite of the features that i told him so i told him to redesign it. then after 5 days of waiting theres no design came again to my mail. So i decided to file a dispute at paypal and he reply on the dispute begging that he will work on the design right away if i close the dispute. Thats the biggest mistake i did. I closed the dispute and give him another chance..
And again i waited for days for the complete right design i wanted. But no response for this mer “Mike Smith” im not sure if that is his real name..
The big trouble he made is wasting my precious 2 weeks time of waiting for the design! Coz the content are all ready i just need the design to launch the website. SO i feel very pissed of at that guy. He keep ignoring all my mails.
