2008 IT Skills

We used more than 7,000 respondents for our 2008 IT Skills and Salary Report. These respondents have all received ITIL training from us, Global Knowledge. Out of the total number of respondents we used in our report, 80% got a higher salary. This is significantly higher than our 2007 annual salary report which displayed that only 68.7% of our trainees got to experience receiving a higher and more profitable paycheck.

The percentage of trainees that got salary increase is not the only impressive data our report has found. Another very significant finding in our report was the amount of salary increase our trainees earned. This year, the average annual salary growth was 3.25% higher than our findings in 2007.
