9 Of The 10 Wealthiest States Are Dem, 9 Of The Poorest 10 Are Rep. Explain?

I’ve tried asking this before and could never get a straight answer. If liberalism destroys wealth by taking money from the productive and throwing it away on bums, why are nearly all of the wealthiest states Democratic and nearly all of the poorest states Republican? Also, what would happen to the Red states if we “welfare bums” in Blue states stopped doling out Federal money, since most Red states receive far more in taxpayer money than they pay out?
And no, it wasn’t a fluke for this election, either. Wealthy states like Connecticut and New York virtually always vote for liberal Democrats; impoverished states like Mississippi and Alabama almost always support conservative Republicans.

That’s an easy answer. The poorest states are the ones with the least educated people. Therefore, it’s easier to manipulate them by using a tool like Faux News to tap into their Gays, God and Guns emotions. Stupid people are easily brainwashed!

The government took away slavery that had formed the basis of the economy for 41. South Carolina (Red state), 42. Tennessee (Red state), 45. Louisiana (Red state), 46. Alabama (Red state), 47. Kentucky (Red state), 48. Arkansas (Red state), 49. West Virginia (Red state), and 50. Mississippi (Red state). Damn government meddling!

Like the first guy said… California is not an example of a productive State. My friend lives there and is getting taxed too death. Also, to rent in Mississippi is way cheaper than renting in LA. But like most Liberals, when you are trying to prove a point you don’t consider facts or common sense, they are irrelevant to you. Logic is irrelevant to you.

    1) This is “historical” data.
    2) The wealth creation dynamic has shifted.
    3) Most of the wealthy states “wealth” doesn’t belong to them. It costs a fortune to live there and they are broke, broke, broke.
    4) The so-called “poor” states are “creating wealth.”

Whats funny is that the wealthiest states have some of the worst crime rates and highest welfare rolls in the Country. The “poor” states have the lowest unemployment and people actually working for a living.
Interesting that a liberal can ignore the facts to push a political opinion.

  6. Republicans don’t care to keep people employed unless they are willing to work for far less. Add that to a poor education and religious fundamentalism and you’ve darn near got a third world country. California is overrun with illegals.
