The season finale was on TLC last month, and for some reason I am unable to find it also but I would try going to TLC.com and looking there:) good luck and I hope I helped!!
maybe TCL.com or wha ever the TLC network website actually is. they have full lenth episodes on there, but im not sure if they have the finale, because its kinda new… but check. try just google-ing “jona and kate plus eight season finally full episode” and something might actually come up… i do it for Gossip girl episodes all the time!

They keep repeating the shows all the time just do a preview and check was is playing.
Last night they showed the one when she goes to Kleinfelds to pick her renewal vows wedding dress.
I can’t find it either, I had it on TiVo, but my husband earased it before I could watch it…..lame!
