Karen Bass (speaker of California Assembly) just engineered the largest tax increase in US History. California then went to the polls and voted her policies down in a landslide.
Weeks later, as if the election never happened, she now wants to increase the car tax, add an oil extraction tax, and despite high unemployment and business flight out of the state, she wants to ratchet up corporate tax too.
California has the highest taxes in the entire US.
Do liberals think that there is no limit to what Americans will pay in tax?
Do liberals even think at all?
