Wow talk about the ability to rig an election if they wanted to.I do agree that people should be informed of all the issues in an election but that is up to me as an individual to avail myself of all the information.I want a translator to decipher the legal BS they put into the laws ,so its difficult for anyone that isn’t a lawyer to understand.Another example of bending over backwards for some special people in the eyes of our PC /BS government

Yes, The national language should be English. When you go to Rome do as the Romans do…
People that live here for more than 5 years legal or not and do not learn our language shouldn’t be voting anyway. IF they don’t know our language how are they to come to their own opinion?
Also the voting rights act should be amended to state that all voters must have a picture ID

Ridiculous. I am terrified of what this country will be in 5 years, 10 years, 20 years. What will our children have to live with? Will they be able to live in the US? Will they be alive at all? The laws are ruining this country, and it seems that since the illegals have come over in such huge numbers, the laws keep being made to cater to them, Americans be damned.

i live in pa.here is what people think that you don’t hear. if you cant understand our language you aren’t a legal citizen. there are tests provided to achieve this.if you don’t understand our language how could you ever understand our laws and government. we have just started a plan to have all of the illegals removed from the state..blair county and 12 others to date with 10 more with similar laws coming have made it a felony to harbor ,employ,or to give shelter to illegal immigrants. this is a good law.you have to take your states back period! county by ,county. then there wont be a problem with disenfranchised voters.

This is why the voting rights act almost wasn’t renewed this year, don’t you think?
I’m actually ok with translation materials for legal citizens, so long as they truly are legal citizens, but I agree this is out of line and bad judgment as well. It also demonstrates quite clearly that in absence of a citizen suit provision allowing citizens to sue the government to enforce immigration laws, the administration has far too much leeway to decide which laws to throw enforcement funds behind. I certainly will keep that in mind in the next Presidential elections.
