Super Delegates Question?

Hillary leads Obama 169-66 according to cnn right now. http://www.cnn.com/ELECTION/2008/primari…
For example in New York, Clinton leads Obama 39-1 in delegates. Are these set in stone? Have they already made up their minds? Or will they change to reflect what their state votes for?
Let’s say Obama beats Hillary 2:1 (just an example, probably not realistic) in California. Will the super delegates from Cali vote 2:1 for Barrack?

Not all delegates are tied to the primary results. So-called “superdelegates” are sent to the convention regardless of who wins the primary, so it is possible for their votes to be known before the primaries.
